The following stages illustrate the key steps involved when developing a training programme.
A telephone call to us starts the ball rolling. Requirements are discussed with one of our training advisors, who will arrange for a meeting with the most appropriate specialist trainer.
We explore your requirements together in great depth. This enables us to really understand your company and objectives. You can also assess our ability. This meeting may result in a draft proposal being submitted.
Research phase (not always essential). The Training Needs Analysis pinpoints the key issues affecting your business objectives. This enables us to design the solution to suit your company’s people and culture.
The detailed proposal will always be designed to achieve the objective. It may also include other solutions. This can be presented to you in document form, e-mail or in person.
Back at the office a project team is assigned. No client is managed in isolation and there will usually be an office-based contact on-hand at all times.
Preparation of the case-studies and exercises specific to your organisation and/or market as well as any fine-tuning of the programme before delivery.
Programme roll-out – delivery of dynamic, interactive, pragmatic and enjoyable workshops, which result in participants having the skills, knowledge, motivation & confidence to implement their learning on a day-to-day basis.
All development undertaken is evaluated and measured using easy to apply methods that are agreed with both management and participants. The clearer the objectives – the easier it is to measure success.
De-brief meetings discuss how to build on the success of the programme. Improvements are action planned and the next steps agreed.
Throughout the process we aim to build firm foundations to work alongside you, as partners, in the continuous development of your business
